Bosserd Family Farm offers a full range of beef products from cattle grown right here in Marshall. Our herd of corn-fed cattle is raised without hormones or feed-added antibiotics in a natural, no-stress environment.
Our beef is available only at certain times of the year to ensure you get only the freshest, best-tasting meats. Cuts are dry aged for two weeks before being individually packaged. Stop in to pick up just what you need for a delicious, all-natural dinner - or place an order for a quarter, half, or whole animal for maximum variety and savings!
